as of 26 April 2020
By now, we should have been in touch with all our travellers on spring/summer 2020 tours. If you're reading this and have any questions, please get in touch ASAP.
Due to the continuing situation in the Balkans, and globally, all our 2020 tours from April to July have been postponed until the same times in 2021.
At present we are not only unsure as to when the Balkans will lift restrictions on travel, but also as to how people we feel travelling.
Therefore, we are still open to bookings for our Rhodope tours in autumn 2020 and all tours in 2021, but we have relaxed our cancellation terms (opens in new window/tab).
Going forward, we're thinking to offer our tours with self-guided options, as well as the usual groups arrangements. For those that don't fancy travelling in a group, this means we would arrange all the hotels and meal, maybe a rental car too, then provide you with maps and very detailed itineraries. Whilst we update our website with this info, please get in touch if that may appeal.
Our thoughts are with our many friends around the Balkans - a region that heavily relies on tourism for income. We'll be back out there with them as soon as possible (I'm writing this from the UK, where I was locked down before being able to travel back this spring - Chris, Director) and also with you, our travelling companions. We hope that you, your friends and family stay safe and well, wherever you are reading this.
